Day Seventeen- A National Christian Heritage

St. Stephen, first king of Hungary, declared Christianity during the time of the Roman Empire. The Hungarians adopted Christianity in the year 1000 and consider themselves to be a Christian (Catholic) nation. However, for the vast majority, their faith has been reduced to a set of rituals that have lost all real meaning. Pray that Hungarians will come to know the personal salvation that is in Jesus Christ.​
